The VCM 200 from K+G Wetter delivers high-quality vacuum technology for large-scale meat processing and industrial use. Despite its compact design, it makes no compromises in quality or hygiene. It features an automatic water dosing system* with a hygienic, self-closing nozzle inside the cutting chamber, supplying a precise amount of water at the touch of a button. When integrated with the CutControl software, this process can be fully automated. Additionally, the hose connection is located outside the knife cover and can be easily detached for cleaning.
