DJM has developed a complete line of VacForm machines for producing 10:1 and 4:1 burgers, as well as schnitzels, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, and plant-based products. Depending on the model, these machines can reach up to 3,500 kg/h of chicken nuggets and 4,000 kg/h of burgers, maintaining exceptional weight accuracy thanks to DJM’s patented pressure distribution system. They can also be equipped with an automatic paper interleaver, allowing products to be stacked with separating sheets for easy handling.
